As I wrote a few days ago, the combination of great ideas and hard work in business almost inevitability leads to revenues and profitability. But why stop there?
Revenues and profitability don’t necessarily mean Success. Success is when you achieve your ultimate goal. The game-winning touchdown, a three-point shot at the buzzer to win the game, that hole in one, the walk-off home run! THAT’S SUCCESS!
The difference between achieving R&P (mediocrity) and RPS (greatness) is in defining your purpose, making sound plans, and setting difficult attainable goals. A PPG roadmap is essential in the quest for success in business.
I (Ideas) plus PPG (Purpose, Plans, & Goals) plus E (Effort)
R (Revenues) P (Profitability) and S (Success)
